Membership Cards – Renewals

As you know a third party company are producing and posting the membership cards for us.We send a datasheet to the company on the 15th and the end of the month.If you renew before the 15th of the month you will receive your new card around the 26th of that month.

If you renew after the 15th, you will receive your new card around the 9th of the following month.If you pay for your renewal and your membership doesn't expire until the next month, you will go on the datasheet sent the next month.This is so you do not lose 1 months membership.
For example, if you pay for your renewal in January and your membership doesn't expire until February, you will go on the datasheet on 15th February and so receive your card around the 26th February.

Please be patient if you are renewing your membership a month earlier than it expires.
